The fabric is seamless which always creates a firming affect, and the one inch band smoothes out the waistline. And YES!!! She can also be worn as a top!

Sara recommended these high rise bottoms and they were the perfect fit! I bought them in both colors. I would say high rise with the ruching to ultra high rise if you want it to be. Love the ring and it never got hot as I wore it on spring break! Excited to wear this on date night as a top 😍
